In gathering estimates for replacement of HVAC system I felt Accurate was extremely thorough. They did a complete walk through of our home, discussed our needs and provided a complete detailed estimate. They even returned at their own expense to double check one of our concerns before we made our final choice of contractors. Work was done on time, professionally, and completely checked before they left. Pricing was in line with other estimates but I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of such service.

I was out of state on vacation when my tenant contacted me to tell me the AC was not working.  I called Accurate who provides annual service on this unit, to ask them to follow up.  They contacted my tenant and worked with them to get the repair done very quickly.  The HVAC in this house is only 1.5 years old and was not installed by Accurate.  They followed up with the manufacturer and got the compressor covered under warranty saving me quite a bit of money.  I only wish that the freon was covered as well. They are very responsive and helpful and turned what could have been a difficult situation into a simple solution for me.  My tenant was very grateful for the prompt service as well.

Every aspect of transaction was positive.  Jim, the owner of Accurate bid the system and was here for the installation and the follow-up visit.  Could not have been more positive experience.  Jim even gave us a rebate that was offered by the system manufacturer when he came with the contracts for the work.  He didn't have to let us know about that and saved us an additional $1250.  Accurate even filed the rebates for energy efficiency for us.  Would highly recommend this company.  It's small enough to be monitored by the owner, as opposed to much larger companies.
