Jerry was prompt with his appointment and a quick start great price. Next phase of the work was of much lower quality and slower finish time. The last phase was of greatly inferrior totally unacceptable work on new construction, much of the work had to be redone and some sheet rock even replaced. Scraps and materials were left on site on the floor, mud covered the floor becuse he didn't cover any structures; additionally, some walls weredamaged and a ladder went missing. While I was knowingly out of town, a ceiling was finished without being asked and payment demanded. The making tape used peeled paint off the walls requiring fill and repainting. Mr. Palmer admitted to forgetting to turn off an outside faucet which resulted in flooding the basement causing wide spread damage. Palmer Drywall would not return calls or respond to certified mail. Legal action pending. Numerous photos are available to substantiate this review.
