Carpeting installation was fine. Linoleum installation not so good. Linoleum keeps coming up where it meets the doorway between the back porch area and kitchen area. They've been back once to fix it and I called them again because it came up again and this time it's all the way across the door frame area. They didn't know when they could do it - first call. They'd call me back & let me know when they would be coming - 2nd call. They never called me back. I now have to call a third time within a month to get them out here to fix it. Also, they put the linoleum in the kitchen down over the old linoleum without cleaning it first. So it's sitting on top of dirty linoleum. On the back porch, they took the brand new washer & dryer we had just purchased 2 weeks earlier outside on the cement patio to install it. It started raining. So they rushed it back in and in the process, ripped two holes in the new linoleum and claimed we must've moved the appliances once they put them back in and that they didn't make the rips in the linoleum. So basically called us liars. We had no reason to move the appliances once in place after the installation. And even though the linoleum requires no glue they glued it anyway. Yet it keeps coming up in that door way frame area between the back porch & kitchen. I'm going to call them for the third time this morning to get them out here to fix it. We rent but we have lived here for 12 years. I guess they figure since we didn't pay for it, we shouldn't complain but our landlord trusts us to oversee any repairs are done properly and this is just ridiculous workmanship and followup on work guarantee. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone after this.
