Water pump needed replaced in my VW New Beetle, being the only local shop that would work in a German car I called them and was told to provide the parts or pay for theirs and drop the car off. Dropped car off that night so they would have it the next morning, was told it would be ready to go by noon. 2 days later they finally finish the car. I was not happy with the condition the car was returned to me in. Engine cover was missing the wing nuts, some ungodly sticky oil was covering the back plates (here it is in october and I still have not managed to get it all off), the kit came with a new temp sensor and they did not install it, and the worst of it was the coolant system was empty. They did not completely fill the coolant system with proper antifreeze. As they are closed for 3 days a week, I had no choice but to suck it up and fix the car myself or miss work and school.
