 + -1 moreAfter calling repeatedly both Jun and others employed by the owner of the property I have still been unable to receive payment for the service I provided,i have called the owner of the property and still have not received contact from her either,i left 4 voicemails for her,and nothing replied yet,next step is to take legal action to this company,My advice to any vendors or companies that are hired by them,dont do the work until the money is in your hand,i traveled over 100 miles for 3 days to complete the work,I charged $100 for this,all which came out of my pocket for fuel,now they refuse to settle up with me. My friend is a tenant at this apartment and she says she has problems just getting simple repairs made,i don't think I would even recommend renting from them.
Description of Work: They hired me to Trim and remove overgrown tree limbs and brush around one of the apartments and failed to pay for my services
