K & A Construction

I was recommended to Kevin Allmon by my sister who was selling her property in Missouri Valley.  His hometown is Missouri Valley but he lives out of DesMoines, Iowa.  After the heavy storms went through Mo Valley last year he reshingled 40 homes.  She was very pleased with his services & his crew & told me they were very fast & a no nonsense group of hard workers.  I found this to be very true.  Once I contacted Kevin he immediately got ahold of me.  They came out to measure the house & garage & supplied me with a color chart & type of shingle that was of excellent quality with an excellent guarantee as well.  He even went with me to the business to make sure that I was happy with my selection.  I thought he was very frugal with my money.  After that his crew was on the spot at the break of day to nightfall until they were finished  I think I only saw them on the ground one time.  They worked very hard to remove the old roof & were fast & efficient at getting the new one on.  The clean up was awesome.  They went above & beyond.  I need to renovate my front porch & reside my house & I have already requested Kevin & his crew to do it.  I am a widow that lives in Ankeny, Iowa, & put off this job a long time because I was afraid to trust anyone.  I would - hands down recommend K & A Constructiion.
