I paid them 25% down or 540.00 of the 1800 total cost. When they came over to sand the porch they handed me an Ameripolish brochure with the stain selections. After the paint was removed that day, I showed them 4 colors that I was interested in looking at, when Andrew showed up two days later with the buckets of stain, he came with three colors, but none of the stains that he brought were from my selection. Andrew stated that he was out of the stains that I requested to see. He brought walnut and another really dark shade. Why would the company take the money and hand me a brochure with 14 color choices and then tell me that they did not offer them? I was between a rock and a hard place because Andrew stated that the condition on my porch was like a sponge, susceptible to damage because it didn't have a protective coating. I told him that I did not want to put a dark walnut stain just because he was out of the ones that I wanted. Andrew then stated that I could pay him an additional 200.00 and that would cover the cost of removing the old paint. I paid 540.00 then 200.00 would be a total of 740.00. The next day his dad and co-owner, Narin, stated that I owed another 860.00 which would be a total of : 1,200.00 for just removing chipping paint from a porch 227 square ft. I told him what Andrew and I discussed. Then he threatened to put a mechanic's lien on my house. This is extortion and unethical business practise
Response from Royal Polish Systems
"Hey [Member Name Removed], You hired us to remove a 30 year old epoxy coatings off your 226 sqft patio for $1800. At time of quote we did give you a brochure for ameripolish colorjuice 3d. You provided me with the initial interest in Walnut, Sand and Mahogany, which i all had on hand during service dates. Midway through our removal, you decided you wanted another finish, and denied us doing stain samples with original colors selected. After initial service date, your requested Carmel and Gold. I agreed to purchase these colors if you would let us do stain samples and continue on with stain and seal as selected finish. The 200$ added to our price is for the concrete repair that became apparent after coating removal. which you agreed to do and pay for. Putting the job balance at 2k. Yes you put down a downpayment of 540. Leaving balance at 1260. You added the 200 repair putting balance of 1460. You denied us continuing on our project after removal and repair. It has been two months, so we have requested the $860 for the work completed. We are asking overall including your down payment $1400. We are not charging for the incomplete work of stain and seal valued at 600. We have not done anything unethical nor malpractice as a business. We are seeking legal remedies including the mechanics lien due to you failure of payment for work Completed. I did state how un-sealed concrete can be susceptible to damage, 2 weeks after initial service date. Naren avilan is my biological name, and i go by Andrew avilan as my translated name. We are not partners due to the fact that we are the same person. Thank you- Naren/Andrew Avilan"

Royal Polishing Systems LLC is two young guys that can really transform your garage floor! Our floor had severe spalling and surface breakup. Andrew and his partner ground the floor, filled all the holes, cracks, and spalling. Then reground, producing a beautiful flat, smooth floor. They then put down the base coat and vinyl flakes, working from 9 in the morning until 8 pm. The next morning, they returned and cleaned the floor and then rolled on the top coating. We now have a great looking garage floor. Before leaving, they made sure we knew how to take care of the floor, and answered any questions we had. Thank you to Royal Polishing LLC. I highly recommend them!

We recently hired Royal Polish to finish our 3 car garage with a Saddle Tan Flaked Epoxy finish and are extremely pleased with the end result. Our selection process began by meeting with 4 companies and we selected Royal Polish after our discussion with Andrew. We used 3 decision points in selecting Royal Polish: 1) Andrew’s comments about their focus and commitment to provide a quality installation and a guarantee that they would not cut corners; 2) I had measured our garage square footage and Andrew was the only quote that had the same measurements without inflation; and 3) there price was competitive per square foot. We were so impressed with the quality of the preparation and installation of the finish. Every seam and crack was hand ground and then treated with a special sand compound and epoxy. The entire floor was then meticulously ground in addition to the tops of the foundation skirts. The skirts were then hand painted with sealer followed by the floor being rolled. I was amazed with the amount of flakes that were used. The entire floor and skirts were fully covered with flakes. The finish and flakes were allowed to dry overnight and the team came back on-time the next morning. The excess flakes were removed and the final coat of epoxy was applied. Andrew came back the following day to touch up paint where some of the woodwork paint had come off. Personally, we will use Royal Polish for any future concrete finishing needs.
