I have used them for 20 years. They advertise and show my property for me. They do background checks on potential tenants. They also mange the unit for you.

At the end of the three months I fired them. They misrepresented my interest in the rental agreement. The first agent was doing a good job but the second agent did not. Repeated calls to the agent's supervisor were ignored.
