*****FUTURE BUYERS BEWARE***** Matt Trager CMT signed a contact with us on a new commercial construction job in August 2014. He established an expectation of timely completion and set a project timeline of 3-4 weeks for the building and structure with the concrete to be completed in 1-2 week time-frame, however the project is still not finished. Seven months have gone by and we had yet to see significant progress on our project being made. He is less than 30% complete. We have since hired a Civil Engineer, contacted the City Inspector as well as three other contractors that have all brought more than 32 major problems and deficiencies it to our attention. Bottom Line: The work completed is very poor, not meeting specifications required. His inability to finish our project resulted in termination of the contract signed with Matt Trager CMT. Throughout the project Matt Trager of Matt Trager CMT continued to demand money/draws for materials that were not showing up on promised schedule date and for duties that he insisted had been completed. The following are the issues at hand that future buyers should be AWARE of but are not limited to: · *** Demand of money without the intent to produce promised materials · *** Lack of materials (already paid for) · *** Multiple excuses for non-progress (scheduling,materials, why they weren't on the job) · *** UNRELIABLE · *** Unprofessional Workmanship · *** Weathered Materials · *** Inability to build to Specifications Required · *** Progression (meeting the promised time-frame for job completion)
