After they completed work and close inspection we found they installed the shingles incorrectly, improper installation of ice shield and also improper venting work. We had them back out several times to attempt to repair the issues but we did not resolve this as it would require them to tear off the roof and redo the work. This was not a good experience and we would not use them again.
