Signed agreement June 2015 for a 6 month project. A year later not even half of work completed. Terminated agreement May 3 2016.
Contractor rarely on job site. Quality of work OK. Work crew hardly showed up at job site. One break in to house November 2015 and second discovered missing tools from locked garage May 2016. Paid premium for work believing superior quality and work site remote location. Neither were up to my expectations.
Deliverables in agreement not delivered, example French drain around house never delivered and there were many more examples. Items paid for in previous step payments were never completed.
Neighbors became upset due to long construction on a house in the neighborhood.
