Two Blind Guys

My call was answered and wasn't routed to an answering machine. I received a callback from Wilson, the installer the same day with great information and advice. Ended up taking the shade to the storefront for repair and was on my way back home when I received a call that my shade was ready. The problem was a corroded battery in the shade's powerpack. 2 Blind Guys replaced all of the batteries, didn't charge me, and gave me additional battery packs - all at no charge. Who does this? I was told they strive for providing the greatest customer experience. Well they did! And they earned a new lifetime customer. 2 Blind Guys rocks!

2 Blind Guys have now installed blinds in 3 of our homes. The whole team is great to work with. They are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They do what they say they are going to do. One of the best service providers I've encountered for many years. And, the Hunter Douglas product line sold through them is a great value on a quality product.

I interviewed several companies, but Two Blind Guys were the most helpful. They came to the house and I also went to their Chesterfield location to see the quality of the product. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Needless to say, I will definitely recommend this company.

I replaced window blinds in my kitchen, living room and dining room after having new windows installed. Two Blind Guys did a great job consulting and assisting me in making choices for colors. The custom blinds were manufactured and installed within four weeks. The installer did a fantastic job and explained a lot about the installation issues related to plaster walls like I have in my house. And he also did a wonderful job cleaning up. I am thrilled with my new blinds and will enjoy using them for many years to come. I highly recommend Two Blind Guys.

Great, they saw that I was missing some valances from older blinds, so they sent me the hardware to put them up. Cannot buy this at stores, and they did not charge for that. I have used them in the past, and would highly recommend them.

The project was done quickly and with total professionalism. We did have a problem (our fault!) with a blind which they quickly came out and fixed. Also the paint on one of the shutters was not quite right. Again that was quickly replaced. Really we have nothing critical to say as they were great to deal with from beginning to end.

It went fine, they gave us an estimate, at a reasonable price. We accepted the estimate and then proceeded to have the work done.

Because I bought before I did ensure they were set up the way I wanted. Still happy. Salesman, friendly, on time and prepared.

Absolutely great! In addition to the window treatments themselves (very stylish), what we liked most about Two Blind Guys was the friendly staff from top to bottom. Whether it was the installers or those coordinating/scheduling installation dates, it was simply a pleasure dealing with each individual. Like most projects, there were a couple of minor glitches. Still, the owner, Debbie Kinsinger, has such a customer "first" perspective, and resolved the issues quickly and effectively. She was also a tremendous help in recommending/designing "window treatment solutions" throughout our home. In summary, dealing with Two Blind Guys was one of the more pleasurable experiences my wife and I encountered throughout our relocation.

Great - it was very easy. The owner took the measurements and made certain the blinds that I wanted to move would fit properly. The new blinds arrived within the time promised. The installer was very polite and professional. They even made a recommendation to someone who could one of the other blinds.

The quoting and ordering process was easy and quick. It took almost 4 months to get the shutters installed when I was quoted 6 - 8 weeks. Other than the delay, workers were professional & friendly.

Kris was prompt arriving at home for estimate. Had 2 estimates and he had the better price. Debbie kept us informed through out the project. Shutters installed & look great! I will definitely use their company in the future.

Very good. Delivered shade to Two Blind Guys with broken string, not functional. Store called 5pm on following day to say it was done. Picked it up by 6 pm and delivered to daughter next day.
