This was not Touchstone's fault, as the liens were from the previous owner's initial purchase of the home. Nevertheless, Nancy Burnett at Touchstone promised me she would get the issue corrected. Nancy was a pleasure to work with and kept me in the loop as to the status of our file. She kept following up with the lender (Chase) until they finally submitted the deeds of release to the county recorder with correct book/page #'s. Now, if/when we should sell our home, there will be no obstacles in our way. We are very grateful to Nancy for helping us out with this, and would definitely use Touchstone again in the future!
