I had silhouettes of my children professionally done, and I wanted good quality framing. I took the silhouettes into the store and told them that I wanted 4 separate frames, each with a silhouette of both children. I showed them a picture on my phone of the framing style I liked. They helped me to create the look. When I was told the price, it was higher than I was expecting. The woman working there then gave me options of things I could do to get the same look at a lower price. We then selected frames for each of the grandparents. She told me the frames would be ready in about 2 weeks. She called me during the time to ask me a question about positioning of the silhouettes that I could easily answer over the phone. When I went to pick them up, the man working at the store helped me carry them to my car. Overall it was a good experience. While I wish it hadn't been so expensive, I think that was what needed to pay for the quality. They did give me a coupon they were running even though I didn't have the actual coupon.

THE POSTER TYPE PRINT WAS $49, THE LITHOGRAPH WAS $175, THE CUSTOM PAINTING FRAME WAS ABOUT $200. THE QUALITY WAS GREAT AND THEIR PRICING WAS FAIR.
