Description of Work: Framed 2 lithographs (9x11). Very impressed with service. Prices very reasonable -- framed both for less than another shop estimated for one. They offer framing packages: set prices based on size. Gives you a better idea of what the final costs at the beginning. |Will definately use them again.

Description of Work: The company framed four pictures for me. The quality and designing were excellent. I especially appreciated being given several options regarding the design and price. I have had numerous pictures framed over the last twenty or thirty years, and unlike most other framers, The Great Frame Up didn't try to run up the price with expensive mats and frames. The framing was completed in less than two weeks. I will definitely return to have more pictures framed.

+ -1 moreI had silhouettes of my children professionally done, and I wanted good quality framing. I took the silhouettes into the store and told them that I wanted 4 separate frames, each with a silhouette of both children. I showed them a picture on my phone of the framing style I liked. They helped me to create the look. When I was told the price, it was higher than I was expecting. The woman working there then gave me options of things I could do to get the same look at a lower price. We then selected frames for each of the grandparents. She told me the frames would be ready in about 2 weeks. She called me during the time to ask me a question about positioning of the silhouettes that I could easily answer over the phone. When I went to pick them up, the man working at the store helped me carry them to my car. Overall it was a good experience. While I wish it hadn't been so expensive, I think that was what needed to pay for the quality. They did give me a coupon they were running even though I didn't have the actual coupon.
Description of Work: I had professionally done silhouettes of my children framed for myself, as well as their grandparents.

Description of Work: New double mat on an antiqe picture into a curent frame. New glass was added to the picture at no charge.

+ -1 moreTHE POSTER TYPE PRINT WAS $49, THE LITHOGRAPH WAS $175, THE CUSTOM PAINTING FRAME WAS ABOUT $200. THE QUALITY WAS GREAT AND THEIR PRICING WAS FAIR.
Description of Work: THEY CUSTOM FRAMED THREE ITEMS FOR US. ONE WAS A NICE PRINT, SORT OF LIKE A POSTER. ALSO HAD THEM FRAME A LIMITED EDITION LITHOGRAPH. THEY USED MUSEUM QUALITY BACKING AND GLASS. ALSO HAD AN ORIGINAL PIECE CUSTOM FRAMED AND ALSO USED THE QUALITY MUSEUM BACKING AND GLASS.
