Initially I was very impressed with the customer service: I called on a Saturday and arranged for a home visit. Brad took the initiative to call the company and check the status of our warranty and found that the computer was still under warranty. The technician did come to our house and determined that he would need to take the take the computer with him to diagnosis problem. We did receive the computer back after about 5 days with the report that it was a faulty battery of some type which the computer company replaced. That was June. When we got the computer back we no longer had any audio but we were neglected to call and report that so that was our problem. We were under the impression that they were going to clean up some of the extra programs running in background to speed up the computer. This did not occur. I now know that I should have asked specifically; I had mistakenly assumed that because the technician discussed this with us during the home visit it would be done. Our next problem occurred in early Sept. The computer would not boot up. I took computer into shop. They again worked to diagnosis and repair problem. This took several days but I believe the delay was due to the computer company. When my computer was ready they notified me and suggested the services of data backup and a computer tuneup which would cost $248. This was a Fri. I called back Fri. just after close and again on Sat. during normal business hours. On Sat the woman with the answering service was surprised that I had not heard from them; she had given them the message from previous evening and she said would make sure they were told again to call me. I heard nothing until I called back again the following Thurs. On Thurs I was told that they would need time to perform the needed services (data backup and tune-up). I was told only that the company had replaced the motherboard. I was able to pick up my computer on Friday evening. BUT it died again on the following Tues! I took it back to them on Wed. They replaced the ram. When I went to pick up my computer on Fri. I was told that there was a charge of over $100 which I thought was unbelievable since they had just worked on my computer with the 'tune-up' and said it was great. They did not tell me that there was any cost at all when they called to report it was ready to be picked up. I did ask if I could receive some documentation as to what was done with my computer and only then did I find out that (apparently) the motherboard, cpu, ram and powersupply were replaced. This is information I should have been told previously. On 2 or 3 occasions, I asked them to call my cell phone rather than my home phone but the only time they called me on my cell is when they wanted to discuss my pending bill. They did lower the price to $29 for the service of replacing the ram (actual ram supplied by computer company) which I have paid. I think the communication within their office as well as with their customers needs improvement.

My computer was up and running smoothly once I picked it up. They were very nice! They definitely know their business. They were very responsive and answered all of my many questions. I think their price is a little high but probably competitive with others. I recommended them to my son and now he is using their services.
