Downpayment was made in August 2008 with the promised completion date being mid-September 2008. The work didn't start until mid-October and was finished after Thanksgiving. The sales rep said he had "a lot of experience working with drainage issues" however the crew didn't understant that water runs downhill. The drainage system was finally installed correctly after I insisted on four corrections and repeated calls to get the work done. The flagstone pathway looked good when finished. However, by the sping, more than 15 of the flagstones had cracked, I found out the crew had cut the underground sprinkler system and part of the pathway collapsed. In May, I called management to fix the flagstones and spinkler system. A manager came out, agreed to take care of the problems in June. The company then went out of business. It was only then that I learned the company had been sold several years before. I assume the company's good reputation was earned by the previous owners.

It is really too late to give my rating of this company since they are now out of business, but I just wanted to let others know about my experience and to warn people to be very careful about giving money to businesses during this economy. When I didn't hear from them, I started calling and was told that they were meeting to set up a schedule and would get back to me. I waited and called back again and was told the same thing. Then my calls started going straight to voice mail and I eventually went to the business to find a we're closed sign on the door. I have not had any success in getting my money back. I checked out this company and they had been in business for many years and had a good reputation, but said they just couldn't make it because of the economy.

I would never use them again if I had a gun pointed to my head. They couldn't get their sub contractors organized. They were not responsive and would not return my calls. We started building the pool in November of last year and we are still waiting for the final inspection. They didn t measure for the pool cover until last week. We had to force the issues and call them constantly to get the work done.
