Make sure you read the contract before they do any work.

Home Team Pest Defense was very thorough and came back to check on another area we were working on for free. We were very happy with their service.

Jeff took great care to look at every part of my house, took his time with the inspection and gave me a lot of good information. He told me he was concerned about one of my basment windows; he could tell that there had been termite damage, but he could not tell if there was active termite damage unless we removed some of the wood. He offered to come by free of charge and watch the removal of the wood to see if termites were active. He was as good as his word; he came by and observed the removal and determined that we have no current termite activity in the window, and he performed this service free of charge. I have used Jeff's servcies in the past, and he has always done a great job. I highly recommend him.

They were very good. They were very careful about spraying around my house and yard. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again in the future.

Termite program and warranty inspection. The termite work was done and as far as I can tell fine. The arrangement and discussion about the warranty, I've stopped using this company.

When the new company changed from the old company they also changed the contract. They used to cover and replace wood that had been damaged by termites, but on the new contract if you do not have your property re-treated, then you have to sign a piece of paper saying that if you get any termites in the next year they will not replace the damaged wood if you do not have it retreated.

As long as I have them come to inspect on an annual basis, their warranty stays in affect for the system. On a yearly basis, they will call to remind of setting up the annual inspection. I do not feel any pressure as they are very kind. Their services are very thorough and professional. The cost is based on the annual inspection.

This company does a great job at taking care of our preventative maintenance. I hired them a while ago and I am happy with our relationship. They just go ahead and take care of the exterior spraying when it needs it, and I call them to let them know if I want them to spray in the interior.

They did an awesome job and they did a great inspection before doing the work. They were very good about not missing areas and I will continue to use them when needed.

I can see a noticeable difference since they sprayed for spiders. I have decided to have them come out quarterly.

They were very nice to work with. But, they used something in my house that gave me an allergic reaction. They were very good about reading me the ingredients in their products. They didnt try to hide anything.

The estimator came promptly and provided a complete estimate. They also did a followup call when we were dragging our feet on deciding. Once scheduled, the pesticide applicator was a little late, but called us ahead of time so it was no problem. He was able to re-use previous holes so the treatment was done in just a little over an hour.

I have found Stopke staff members to be professional and friendly. The exterminators have made helpful suggestions about small things we can do ourselves, for instance to keep ants out of the house. When our deck was being repaired, we found signs of carpenter bees. Stopke sent someone the same day to spray so that the contractor could continue working on the deck. When we found more the next week, they sent another person and did not charge for the second visit. They are the only pest service I've used since moving to Saint Louis, so I'm not sure how the price compares to others. $93 is for the termite warranty, I think the inside bug spray is about $60.

We have had this service all summer but they have not been very effective. Only two moles were caught and our yard is still being torn up by moles. They may be good for other pest control services but I would not recommend them for trapping moles.

Jeff Bentzinger was the company representative each visit. Jeff arrived on time, was very polite, professional, very thorough in treating the premises, and in explaining the treatment process and precautions for us to take after the spraying. Stopke has provided us a $10 dollar coupon on each visit. They have treated our home twice and we will definitely continue with their services. Stopke was selected from Angie's List based on Stopke's high ratings, number of reports and Saturday availability.

We hire Stopke Pest Control every spring & fall. As always, they were prompt & professional. The man put on booties before he entered our house to make sure he didn't track any dirt in. They are very thorough, but quick.

Their service and technicians have all been great. I have never had any problems.

They seemed to be very good at customer satisfaction and are concerned about your problems. They call regularly or send reminders for regular pest service, and responds quickly when I have a special needs. They are very knowledgeable, and have certain people who specialize in different problems.

THE WORKER ARRIVED A LITTLE LATE FOR THE SCHEDULED TIME BUT HE CALLED TO INFORM US THAT HE WOULD BE LATE. WHEN PROBLEM REOCCURRED, WE CALLED AND STOPKE SENT SOMEONE OUT TO RESPRAY AT NO CHARGE.

THEY DON'T HESITATE TO COME BACK OUT IF YOU THINK THEY MISSED A SPOT OR FOR WHATEVER REASON WANT THEM TO RE-SPRAY.

They came promptly when called, and were good about repositioning traps when we didn't catch any at first. (We chose the flat price, rather than the per-trapper-squirrel option.)
