They did a very good job of walking me through the engagement ring selection process thoughtfully and without pressure. They were mindful of budgets other consideratioins I had for quality and design.

I was exceptionally pleased with the work Saettele Jewelers performed. I received an heirloom ring (approximately 40 years old) that had belonged to my fianc 's mother. The ring was too large; I thought all that it needed was to be re-sized. It was fortunate I took it in to Saettele's on the Monday following the Saturday I received it! Mr. Saettele invited me into his office where he inspected the ring briefly and quickly found that the three largest stones were all quite loose! He showed me exactly the problems with each setting. He explained that the prongs holding the stones needed to be repaired to secure the stones in addition to sizing the ring. I asked that the ring also be appraised for insurance purposes. The store makes such repairs in-house, so you don't need to worry about your heirlooms "going out". My ring now fits beautifully and I can wear it confidently, knowing that the diamonds are secure.
