Rob Frisella is hands down the best agent our family has used. He is extremely flexible and has a depth of knowledge to handle complex transactions. Our first time using Rob, he expertly helped us buy a short sale home. This was back in July 2009 and most agents were intimidated by short sales. Not only did he close the deal but also had 2 contracts on our existing home. We closed on two homes the same day and all if this was possible with Rob's expertise and attention to detail. For our current transaction, my parent's home, Rob helped to secure 10 offers for our as-is property in the course of one week! Phenomenal!
