We thought he was very high pressure, high energy sales person. He wasn't uncomfortable, he just was maybe a little more boastful than anything else and we weren't impressed with the other reviews.

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
We hired this company to gut and remodel 2 bathrooms. We were told that this work would take 10 days, 5 per bathroom. It is now day 13 and the first bathroom is still incomplete. It seems that when the 2 person crew is here, they never have all the materials needed to complete the job. For example, yesterday, they could not finish installing the vanity since they did not have the drain pipe. So they left about 3:30 pm. Today, they were on site for about 90 minutes finishing the vanity installation, but they did not have the replacement bathroom door, so they left. This has been their approach to this job practically from day one.

PERSONNEL WERE UNRESPONSIVE UP TO AND INCLUDING THE OWNER, BOB SAFRON. UNRELIABLE; MADE COMMITMENT, BUT DID NOT DELIVER.
