When we decided to change neighborhoods to be closer to friends and work, Mark worked very hard to find us our new home and to sell our existing home fast. He had ideas for getting our home staged for selling fast and had a handy man to fix minor problems. On the buying side, Mark really had to do his homework to find us a home, because there was nothing on the market in that area that met our needs. He actually called on people in the neighborhood whose homes had been pulled from the market for some reason (expired listings, etc.). He found just the right home, previewed it and then showed us our new dream home. Mark is an exceptional agent.
