I worked with the company located in Chesterfield Missouri. Exceptional materials and quality workmanship. Very well done. Roofing and skylights were done first followed by the siding and lastly, the gutters. Good cleanup....... They worked directly with my insurance company and had all repairs approved, even some additional repairs the adjuster missed the first time around. The salesman that I had did everything he said he would. Very easy company to work with.

I did get the roof and gutters replaced after the ProCraft Exteriors representative told me to contact my agent and request another inspection as my roof & gutters clearly had hail damage.  They met the adjuster for me at the inspection and stood up for me.  My contractor went on the roof with the adjuster and made sure he addressed the damage, which was there!
The insurance adjuster wrote up and approved the damages and the insurance claim was immediately paid.  Procraft Exteriors upgraded my shingle selection to a 30 Year Architectural shingle (from a 3-Tab Shingle which insurance paid) for just a few dollars out of my pocket.  And, they provided a 10 year workmanship warranty against any leaks or problems ~ for no additional charge.  
The roof and gutters  ~ my selection of color ~ were quickly and professionally installed.  The workers were careful with my property and left it looking better than when they started!  
Again, I had been denied my claim from the insurance company even though I clearly had damage ~ I was told the roof was just getting older and the storm related damage would not be covered ~ ProCraft Exteriors got my roof & gutters paid for!   Had it not been for the free inspection by ProCraft Exteriors, and the representative's presence on the roof  at the time of the re-inspection by the insurance adjuster, I would not have the new roof and gutters that I now have ~ paid for by the insurance company I have had for over 20 years!

The repairs were done quickly and efficiently and also very professionally. The end result was as if nothing had ever happened. Except what we have now is a great amount of firewood! :-)
