They replaced shed doors. I called them back out because of shoddy work. They came & patched the door up but the work was still poor. I got sick during this time with numerous illnesses--diabetes, breast cancer surgery, reconstruction surgery & cataract surgery & didn't stay on top of them due to depression due to illness. The shed doors now look worst than they looked when Pride Master started the job. I called the owner & he now tells me I should have called a company that specializes in doors since the doors are an unusual size. Why didn't he tell me this in 2010, I would have gone elsewhere.

PrideMaster was not very responsive to concerns expressed.  It seemed as though they were comfortable with their arrangement with our management company, and seemingly confident they would continue to receive contracts from us.

I remembered Pride Masters from when Brian fixed my door in 7/2010 (when NO ONE else could fix it).  I called and asked for Brian again.  I couldn't believe my luck when they said he would replace the faucet!!!  I didn't need to call a plumber!!  Brian came that very week and replaced it like there was nothing to it!!!  (I had gone ahead and purchased a faucet ahead of time).  No mess, no fuss.  Definitely the best in town!  Thank you!  Thank you!  Thank you!!!

The work turned out well. They were prompt and everything was fine. They did a good job.

I called Pride Masters, and Brian returned my call (both to my cell and to my home to make sure he reached me). He came the next day, 8:00 am as promised. No one could get that door knob out... but HE did! He was patient about it, even though he said he'd never seen one jammed quite that badly... ever! (Which I already figured, since the prior 2 "tool-men" couldn't get it out) It was a new door (door new, knob very, very old!), so he was careful about it. Within 1/2 hour he had the old knob out and the new knob that I had bought installed. I was quite pleased with the work, and relieved that someone could finally fix the door!

I HAD SEVERAL COMPLAINTS WITH THE WORK. THEY ADDRESSED THEM VERY QUICKLY. AFTER THEY LEFT, THE ROOF WAS LEAKING. HE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT HE TRIED TO DO SOMETHING UNUSUAL AND IT DID NOT WORK. THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED IT. ALSO THEY ARE GOING TO REPAIR MY CEILING. THEY WERE VERY CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT COMPLETING THE JOB ON SCHEDULE. FOR EXAMPLE, THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO FINISH ON A FRIDAY, SO THEY CAME BACK ON SUNDAY AND FINISHED IT. THEY CLEANED UP VERY WELL. THEY HAD A DUMPSTER AT MY HOME FOR ALL OF THE DEBRIS. WHEN THE WORK WAS FINISHED, THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE AT ALL THAT THEY HAD BEEN HERE. IN ADDITION TO THE LEAK IN MY CEILING, THERE WERE A COUPLE OF OTHER THINGS I QUESTIONED. THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT COMING BACK AND CHECKING OUT THINGS I POINTED OUT. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE.
