Precision Land Maintenance

This company skimps on herbicides and overuses fertilizer. The result is the healthiest weeds in the neighborhood. They did not cancel my service even after I sent them a cancellation letter. Now they are trying to get me to pay for an application after I had canceled the service. Imagine the worst customer service you ever had and then double it and you will approach the absolute lack of customer service and utter lack of professionalism of this so called organization. Avoid like the plague! Recommend only to people you truly hate!

We do live in the woods in Wildwood and the leaves were pretty deep but they saw our yard the day before but didn't bring a big enough truck and had to drive the truck somewhere to be emptied three different times which took all day.  They had estimated the cost to be $100 to $200 but then charged us $727.  We complained and the Claudia the Office Manager said that we could pay $450 and we did but they continued to bill and call us for the remainder.

Called to setup appointment to have someone come out and give me an estimate for some shrub and evergreen tree trimming services and possibly lawn fertilization.  The person setting up the appointment was pleasant enough.  The problems started at the appointment time - nobody showed up.  This was on a Saturday and their office was closed so I was unable to reach anyone that day.  I called the next week to find out what happened and was told that the person who handled those appointments was "not in the office that day".  Left a message with someone else for them to call me back.  I never received a call back.  Tried again the week after that and got a voice mail.  Left another message to see if they wanted to setup another appointment.  Still did not receive a call back.  They obviously did not want my business so that was as much time as I was willing to give them a chance.  Very unprofessional.
