Deck looked good for first year 2018. 2019 deck rot began with white substance between joists and deck floor. Contacted company requesting someone to come look at the issue. Replaced boards ourself. No response. 2020 more boards rotting. Contacted company again requesting someone to look at the issue. They sent a Contractor to replace half of what was needed based on pictures to company. No thanks. Product does not perform as advertised or as described by salesman. Very poor customer service.
