NatureScape Design had a display at the St. Louis Home Show. Set up an appointment to repair and re-design an existing waterfall. Aaron the owner responded quickly and at the appointed time. He very clearly went over the design options and followed up with a well detailed and competitive estimate. The company showed up on the arranged date and time. Aaron met with us throughout the process to ensure that we were satisfied with the work. Approximately 2 weeks after completion of the project, I had some questions which I sent to his e-mail address. He responded within 24 hours and personally came to the house to answer my questions. We are extremely pleased with the performance of the waterfall and excellent lighting arrangement highlighting the landscape.
