Modern Exteriors & Roofing Technologies

The name of the company that I contracted with is Modern Roofing Technologies, LLC.  That was May 6th of 2015 and they didn't get started until October.  I paid them like $6000, that was half of the price, so my balance of $6000 was left to be paid and they did not do all that was on the contract, they didn't do everything that they were suppose to be doing and the guys name was Nick Chobe and his brother, but when I got ready to write the final check he gave me another name and like I say, they were not good, I would never use them again neither would I refer them to anybody.  It was $12000 for a complete roof that leaked when they were done and it was not leaking when they did the roof.  So, yeah, that was bad.  They got the deposit in May, they started in October and in my opinion there still not finished but anyway I had paid them the last payment was approximately December.

We contacted Terry at MET on a Thursday morning for an EIFS bid, and we had a response by that afternoon. We chose to have Terry's company put up our EIFS as they were $2000 under any of the other bids we received. While it often makes me nervous to select the cheapest bid, Terry put me at ease that he knew what he was doing. After we saw his EIFS work, we asked him about doing the brick on our house too. Again, he came in way under any of the other bids we received, and he got the brick up in a hurry. It looks fabulous. We couldn't be happier!
