The flowers lasted longer than any flowers I've ever purchased before from other stores. Definitely got my repeat business.

Because I live out-of-state and want to be certain my 87 year-old Mom is
remembered for her special events, I placed an order for a birthday
bouquet for my mother with a florist I had used in the past in the
Chesterfield, MO area.  That florist however, failed to deliver flowers
on the morning of her birthday as I had requested! I immediately called
them and they apologized profusely, and during the phonecall they
indicated to me that they are no longer physically located in
Chesterfield, but 40 miles away--a detail they did not share with me
when I made the original call.  I cancelled that order, then immediately
went online to Angie's List to enroll in the St. Louis Area listings
and discovered Mary Tuttle's Flowers which has a storefront about 3
miles from my mother's home. A salesperson answered the phone
immediately, took my order, assured me they would get the bouquet out
that morning, and thanked me for entrusting them with delivering my
mother's bouquet.  Just three hours later my mother called to thank me
and then sent a photo (via iPhone) of the lovely arrangement she had
received. She was thrilled and so was I--Mary Tuttle's is now my
preferred florist in Chesterfield!

She did the funeral arrangements for my brother.  She showed me examples, and we picked out the flowers.  She had kind of an L shape sweeping arrangement on both sides.  It really looked beautiful.  If I had gotten the FTD, it would have looked like something that someone sent from some other area.  I wanted it to be designed and different from what ever body else would have done.   My sister was in town a month later when my father was having a cataract operation, I took my sister over there, and she said “oh no, your not back”  she thought that it was for my elderly parents passing.  I told her no, it wasn’t it was just for me to show my sister the store.  My sister went back in and  bought a present for me.

We met with Mary and described our event. She knew the venue (a restored Victorian historic house with gardens) and immediately grasped our intention to have flowers that suited the decor. Her ideas were exactly on-target, and her estimate matched that of the other florist we talked with. The arrangements were delivered as scheduled while the caterers were setting up, and they looked beautiful. At least one guest asked if the flowers came from the house's own garden, which was exactly the look we were aiming for. We couldn't be happier with the result!

Without sounding repetitive Mary Tuttles did a beautiful job on my wedding flowers. I mentioned at time I placed ordered the replica of my bouquet. I ordered the replica in November 07. and was told I would have to wait until after the holidays. I agreed to do that.

THEY WERE QUICK, AND THEY DELIVERED A VERY NICE PRODUCT.

THEIR FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MORE CREATIVE AND THE FLOWERS LAST LONGER THAN MOST FLORISTS.
