Karan is extremely responsive, returning in calls within 1-2 minutes, even when in the recovery room after minor surgery! She pursues details and information from the seller's agent vigorously, especially when they don't respond in a timely way. When looking at homes to buy, she has never been pushy or high pressure. She points out details to consider to help me make up my mind when buying. She is knowledgeable and personable. In addition, she has given me names of handymen and contractors she is familiar with that would be helpful in working on the houses . Each buying experience has been an easy procedure, thanks to her diligence. Of course I would use her again...I already have!
