 + 0 moreI wanted to remodel the bathroom to make it handicap capable. She promised handicap capability with affordability and style. She recommended a contractor and I checked with the BBB and agreed. They started to implement the design. Long story short she did not deliver handicap capability and safety.
Description of Work: I signed up for her square foot remodeling package for a master bathroom remodel which included recommendation to the contractor for floor plans, working with contractors, design time, and selecting everything from start to finish.
