 + -1 moreI complained that the technicians were not able to completely get the internet service going again, in part because they were unable to get support from the Provider. I complained that the fee was collected twice. Provider never responded after repeated attempts to correct this issue. I was only able to get service again after several additional hours on the phone with some tech support office. Spending hours on the phone for assistance with the software was a common occurrence. Provider does not have the first idea about customer service. I will never use that company again for satellite internet service.
Description of Work: Internet service had gone out. Provider said it would charge $250.00 for a service call to repair hardware. Technicians repaired hardware, but could not get software to work after spending 4 hours. Left without completing job, after collecting $250.00 check. Provider later charged credit card for additional $250.00 fee for service call.

 + -1 moreIt seems that my internet speed has gotten slower and I have even upgraded my plan...and I'm playing $75.00 a month. It seems that we get "bottlenecked" somehow. I live in the country, and it's hard to get them out. So part of the time I can't get on the internet, except around noon and late at night.
Description of Work: By phone, they have told me it isn't my equipment, and in my opinion they over sold the band width (too many people on the system). They still haven't resolved the situation at this time. I just wrote them a letter about it this morning.
