Hardwood Rescue/Dyemasters

Crew was late every morning which delayed the job by a number of days. Floor was damaged, baseboards were damage and ciggerette buds were left on the ground. Windows were left unlocked.

I really liked the people and anytime I called they called right back. The problem was in the quality. Where they started in the kitchen my floors are really pretty. They even came back when my refrigerator leaked and fixed it for free. My kitchen floor is beautiful! It seems the closer they got to the front door the worse the floor looked with many bumps and ridges in the new finish. Around a pole in my family room it looks like they made waves not even trying to smooth it out. My last thought is be sure to tell them not to put any nails in the floor no matter how small.

It went very well. We had to leave the house for five days while they sanded and sealed the floors. We had to move everything off the floors before they came. They taped off and closed the doors to other rooms to keep the dust down. We had taped plastic over our kitchen cabinets and curtains but I was told they would have done it for me. The floor looks great! There were some rough spots which the person in charge came on Saturday! to fix before his sons soccer game. I love the way the floors look. Beautiful. I would definitely use them again.

They were a few problems and i don't know what it was, there was a miscommunication. There were some issues with the color because of the kind of wood we had. Eventually we sorted out the issue. It didn't go quite as smoothly as we thought. We were happy with the finished product. Our initial contact was with the sales person and i think he was wasn't quite knowledgeable. I think they handled the issue well.

They are very nice people. They are professional and responsible. I like to recommend them to other people.

They were on time and did the job with little to none dust/mess.

I am conflicted on this company. While they were courteous and did the job they said they would, it did not turn out quite as I expected. I do thank the technicians for discovering a small leak while they were installing the flush mount vents on the floor. This is where things started going wrong, though. One of the technicians failed to show for 2 days, which put the entire job greatly behind schedule. When they were finally able to finish the job, the floors were gritty and there were two very noticeable spots were the technicians had gotten sloppy with the stain (I also have stain "finger prints on several walls). I called and they did come out and look at the floors. They said that they would come out, give the floors a light sanding and then apply another clear coat. I ended up calling them and never heard from them in return. I had been living without a stove and my frig in another room while the floors were refinished. I finally got tired of all the inconvenience and gave up. Again, I say I am conflicted with this review. The guys were nice, they completed the job but just did not follow through with the details. The missing technicians put the job behind schedule by a couple of weeks, and then the floors were a disappointment.

They are very professional and right on time. I get the carpets cleaned several times a year because I have two dogs. There are usually a lot of stains and they do an excellent job in removing them. I am happy with their service.

Technician said if the stain reappeared, as they sometimes do, they would come back and try to remove the stain again at no charge. One stain did come back, and the technician returned the next day and completely removed the stain. I was very satisfied with the work and guarantee.

The young man who came was professional, friendly, and efficient. The work was completed quickly, and he did a thorough job.

I had a wonderful experience with this company from the first call. They were very professional and cooperative. It was necessary for me to change my appointment time, and they were still able to do the service the same week. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived earlier than the appointment time, which was great for me! He worked quickly and efficiently. When he was done, my carpets looked beautiful! I will definitely use Dyemaster again.

The rugs always look nice after they come out. When I had a couple spots they were very careful and made sure the stains were removed without harming the carpets. Their rates are very reasonable.

I have used other carpet cleaning companies and they have never done as great as this company. I was just amazed. They did a great job. They took out stains and scotch guarded. I just think they are outstanding.

The quote was reasonable, the work was done within days after the quote, and the work was done well. The technician really did his best to make the carpet look good, as I am putting the house up for sale. The technician was pleasant and professional.

The service worker was prompt and courteous. I am pleased with the results of the repair. I would not hesitate to use them again.

WE HAD MOST OF THE HOUSE DONE WITH A LOT OF PET STAINS IN THE CARPETS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB, WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, GOT IT DONE QUICKLY, WORKED VERY HARD, AND OFFERED USEFUL COMMENTS ON THE CONDITION OF THE CARPET.

THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH AND HELPFUL, AND VERY POSITIVE IN THEIR COMMENTS. EASY TO WORK WITH.

SERVICE IS GREAT, AND INEXPENSIVE COMPARED TO OTHER PLACES.

THEY HAD A SCHEDULING ISSUE, BUT THE WORK WAS GOOD ONCE THEY DID IT.
