They look at things with new eyes.  They don't make assumptions and they stick with it until they find out what it is regardless of what somebody else may have said, which I normally don't tell him.  They are reasonable for what they give.  They are so honest.

I have been visiting the shop since 2006. They do great work and are very honest. If there is a more economical way to do something they will tell us. They stand behind their work and are reliable. They are very trustworthy and if they make a mistake they will correct it as soon as possible. They have an excellent staff and they are very knowledgeable. They are also friendly and pleasant to work with. They are polite. They are pretty busy because they do such great work. They can try to fit you in for emergencies but there is typically a wait for their service. They are great at keeping their appointments.

They did just what they said they would do, did it right and did it when promised. I have used them many times in the past and will continue to use them in the future. I have recommended them to my family (who also now use them exclusively) and to my friends. I believe they are honest people doing a good job and I trust their work.

I like that they are not a chain. The experience was great. They were real personable guys and they were genuinely interested in trying to help me. I have an older model vehicle and they were very interested in making sure that I could keep it running as long as possible.

Very pleasant, fit us in on a busy day with no issues. They seem very honest and are really nice people. I am going to return and get some other work done on my other cars. They are willing to work on older cars as well as new. Pretty busy place. The true old style gas station and auto repair. I really like this place so far, can't wait to have them do more work.

The last time around, I took my bobcat wheel to them, and they did a good job. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They take the time with you and the price is probably the best there. They would ask me why I never filled the gas if I did not and would tell me if the car had any sort of a clicking noise. There will be four of those guys around the hood of the car who would be looking into your engine to see if they can figure out the problem and they don't charge you for that. It is more like a nice little family run establishment. We really like that place very much. At times when you have to drive up to get gas and they might want you to look at something because they have other cars lined up in their bay so they might take time to look into your questions.

Nothing really stood out. I've been going to these guys for a while now, they're just easy to deal with.

Every trip to Green Trails has been good. Frank, Steve, Corey, Blake, and the ladies are very friendly and helpful. Their knowledge about cars and customer service are great. I always get a complete analysis and straight forward report about what my car NEEDS, not what they want to do. I have great trust in these folks. They've done the following repairs for me over the past 5 yrs - flat tires, new tires, new brakes, brake adjustments, new muffler, new exhaust, tune ups, new washer blades. I can call and make an appt. and they will pre-order the parts/supplies so that when they start on my car it is a smooth process.

Courteous people! But they are busy and I can see why, this is the type of SERVICE that brings back memories of another time when service meant something to the business and the customer was number one!
