I liked that they were punctual, and they are good at communicating. The prices were a little higher than I expected, but otherwise they are good. I paid a little over what I normally would pay, but I understand it’s the way that they do it as they don’t use harsh cancer causing chemicals and there is no smell afterwards. I would recommend others to use them because they everything comes back totally clean, and it doesn’t have the smell and I use them regularly for regular carpet cleaning, and for me its worth it without the chemicals.
