 + -1 moreThe people were rude and the owner was threating on the phone when I told him I had already taken my business elsewhere.
Description of Work: Do not use this company. I tried to refinance and they gave me the run around. I called weekly for 6 weeks to find out what was happening with my loan - and no one would call me back. They did call 8 weeks later to say they were ready to close with two days notice. I had already gone elsewhere. Then they billed me for the their time even after it had passed the date on the contract. I reported them to the Attorney Generals office. The Attorney General's office said I needed to pay them for their time and work or it would go against my credit report. They were no help.
