We're very happy with our new hardwood and carpet floors. Nancy was very helpful in selecting color options for flooring, and installers were friendly and did great work. Communication was good throughout the process.

We are ecstatic with the product quality, ease of installation, and finished look. Actually, i think this is as good as any pro could do. And we saved a lot of money on the cost, and didn't have any lost time waiting on an installer.

The job went well. I worked with Brian to help pick out the flooring. We went over different samples and he helped us pick out a flooring that would last a long time and look good in our home. He had a lot of different types of flooring to choose from. He returned my calls quickly and was able to work around our schedule. The installers did a great job. I have flooring replaced before. From the beginning to the end it was a great experience. A guy came out with samples to show me before starting. They had a lot of options to choose from, and had exactly what I wanted. The materials came in right on time. The installers were also great. It took just as long as they said it was going to take. It was a pleasant experience overall. This was my first time using them, and I would highly recommend. I plan on using them again in the future!

The installation were very fine and on time to do the job they clean up and left things cleaned. They were very professional when working.

I think Brian and Nancy of Flooring Coverings International of West County were extremely nice and helpful every step of the way. I had two flooring jobs to be done. They come to you with flooring samples. It really helps to choose colors where they are going to be installed. Came out numerous times until final color and tile choices were made. They checked while tile was being installed. Also went to hardware store to get items needed by installers for job. I greatly recommend Floor Coverings Interntionall for flooring work.. If I ever need flooring work again I will call this company again.
