Good selection of shoes (and other running accessories.) Salespeople very helpful and all seem to be runners. They take the time to talk to you about how far you run, any foot issues, etc. and help you select the right pair of shoes. My first pair did not end up being the right ones (sometimes you have to try them out for a bit) and they gladly exchanged them for a different pair.
