We had hired a young man from Peter's heating and air service. His name was John and very helpful and professional. Definitely do business with them all the time.

Promt and job completed in a short amount of time.

They were friendly and very thorough, let me know that my problem was important to them. The tech (Elijah) they sent out was polite and as far as I'm concerned priceless, he explained step by step what the process to solve my problem. Great customer service and I will definitely recommend this company.

Overall, they did a good job. We had a new electrical line run to our refrigerator which required drilling a hole up from the laundry room into the wall between the kitchen and master bath. He missed and drilled a hole through the baseboard in our bathroom. Fortunately, the location is under the vanity, so it is not noticeable, but I was not happy about that. Other than that, I felt the price was a bit high.

Charged me over $500 to install a kitchen faucet. I can get a new dishwasher installed from a famous home appliance store for that.

I had other area services bid twice as much and really didn't seem to care if they got the work or not. Academy Air didn't make my job out to be more than it was, didn't overcharge me, and didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time with a smaller job. I would hate to count the number of contractors who, when you give them a call, get a curt answer from an answering services that they don't do jobs of less than $2,500 or $5,000 minimum. Academy Air seemed eager to add me as a regular customer.

Great job overall I will use them again in the future.

Elijah was wonderful! He was very professional yet personable. He talked to me, not at me as some do when they are working with a female. He definitely knows his stuff and walked me through the entire process. We already have another appointment with him to replace our kitchen faucet. Would definitely recommend this company.

Everything about this experience was excellent. They called prior to the appointment. The technician was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure that the problem we had was solved.
