Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery

Remodeling can be really overwhelming and everyone at Ferguson is so welcoming and helpful. They really went the extra mile to help us put together a master bath we really love. We would use them again and highly recommend them.

Basically, it went well.  The person handling most of it no longer lives in St. Louis.  However, he sold us all of the bathroom fixtures and monitored the plumbing as it went in so that we had enough water pressure to run the special Kohler showers.  If he had not done that, the showers would not have worked correctly.  He also had to return one of the bathroom sinks and replace it 3 times when it arrived chipped 3 times.  He made the entire process doable.  
The lady who helped with the kitchen and lights was a bit frustrating (she is also no longer there).  When we got frustrated with her a few times, we called the bathroom guy (who was in management) and he took care of things.
The quality was extremely good and the results are beautiful. They are expensive and it took a long time to get things in.  It seemed like we were always having to wait on construction for an appliance or fixture to come in, which was very frustrating since we picked everything out about 6 months ahead of time.
I would use them again, but would ask more questions about how easily things chip and about how long delivery takes on appliances.  Also, they always wanted to sell us the latest energy efficient appliances.  That's great, but it takes forever for our ovens to heat up and for our dishwashers to run.....So in retrospect, I would have picked out different appliances.

They were excellent. They were very good, I really liked them. They were easy to work with. The price was about right.

Our experience with them was largely with Kathy, who did a wonderful job helping us select fixtures and then having them delivered and installed at our new home. Kathy kept track of our order and connected with us when changes or additions were required. She went over and beyond her scope of work to ensure we had our electrical taken care off as per our requirements.

Of all of the contractors who worked on our new house, Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting in Chesterfield - especially Kathy, was one of the worst. She doesn't know their inventory, was unresponsive, unhelpful at every turn and now we're waiting 3 months AFTER closing (everything should have been delivered and installed BEFORE closing) and still waiting on fixtures... They have a terrible selection, non-existent customer service and we've had nothing but problems with every light fixture, every light bulb arrived burnt out or burned out within a week and our fancy and quot;touchand quot; kitchen faucet has a mind of its own. Kathy finally told us that our showpiece lighting fixture is on back order so we still have a naked light bulb where a chandelier should be. Any supplier is better than Ferguson (we actually already replaced our kitchen drop lights from Ferguson with better fixtures from Lowes!). They should be embarrassed!

We purchased several bath fixtures for our bath remodeling. I was very impressed with the options especially the Kohler tubs where we were able to purchase an Ice Grey deep tub (32x60x20) at a very reasonable price.
Items purchased:
- 2 light bars
- 2 mirrors
- 2 bath faucets, 1 tub/shower faucet, 1 shower faucet with diverter for shower and handle
- 3 toilets
- 1 curved shower rod
- 3 exhaust fans

I am most happy with the chair height toilets and the Kohler Ice Grey tub.

Everything I ordered arrived in a timely fashion. Fergusen delivered everything and there was no charge. There were no problems with anything ordered.

They came out and delivered the appliances, on April 2, 2012. They said that the same person was to install the appliances. We ran into a problem with him. He was not professional. He did not do what we asked. He refused to remove his shoes per OUR request. We then got in to an argument. He went into our kitchen and we asked him to move some things, in the process he damaged some chairs of ours. I requested that he put boards on the counter to protect the counter when he installed the microwave he refused. He just threw them anywhere he pleased. He was very unprofessional, and didnt even wash his hands. Then he put a dirty board on my carpeting. He then said that he was leaving. HE then called his manager to complain about me. We havent heard from the company since last Monday.

They were very good, patient and helpful. I am kind of particular about what I want. The contractor who remodeled my bathroom threw out the shower head I had in the old bathroom. I had planned to take it and put it in our other bathroom. There was nothing wrong with it and it was a fairly new shower head. It wasn't an expensive one and maybe cost me $12. So, it wasn't special. However, I had planned to switch it over. I mentioned that to Ferguson. The lady at Ferguson told me that she would see what they had there. She went back and pulled out a shower head which was actually a $200 shower head. So, they gave it to us. When the towel rack didn't fit, the same person turned up at our door with the towel bar. That's when we invited the lady at Ferguson to see the bathroom. They were really good. I wanted some lights and I didn't know if I wanted to go that high on the lights. She said that she would see as to what could be done on that. Then she came back and brought the lights for $30 cheaper than they were. I needed two medicine cabinets and a light above each of them. Each light was $160 and she got it down for like $118. Everything I got there was at the contractor's cost from the company that remodeled my bathroom. I think there was a sign on their shop door which said that the public was welcome. They were good and patient with the things that we had to change. I spent about $3700 for things I bought from them.
