The lady who helped with the kitchen and lights was a bit frustrating (she is also no longer there). When we got frustrated with her a few times, we called the bathroom guy (who was in management) and he took care of things.
The quality was extremely good and the results are beautiful. They are expensive and it took a long time to get things in. It seemed like we were always having to wait on construction for an appliance or fixture to come in, which was very frustrating since we picked everything out about 6 months ahead of time.
I would use them again, but would ask more questions about how easily things chip and about how long delivery takes on appliances. Also, they always wanted to sell us the latest energy efficient appliances. That's great, but it takes forever for our ovens to heat up and for our dishwashers to run.....So in retrospect, I would have picked out different appliances.
Items purchased:

- 2 bath faucets, 1 tub/shower faucet, 1 shower faucet with diverter for shower and handle
- 3 toilets
- 1 curved shower rod
- 3 exhaust fans
I am most happy with the chair height toilets and the Kohler Ice Grey tub.
"The customer had some demands that our installer tried to meet but the customer lost her patients with him and began to threaten him verbally. Our installer felt his safety was threatened and called me to see what to do. I called the customer and tried to discuss the issues she had with my installer with her but she got angry with me also. In the end our installer had to leave her new appliances in her garage and leave the property because she kept yelling at him. I paid the installer for his time and labor and refunded the customer in full even though we were charged. I feel that I did everything possible to provide the best service possible."
