Featherfall Restoration

It was really good very please with the work very professional and clean up after themselves. I already referred them to one of my friends and to everyone else looking for a roof repair service. They did a really good job.

Every job I have worked with Featherfall on has gone smoothly and was completed on time and to the customer's/insured's satisfaction. Many of the insurance related jobs exceeded the homeowner's expectations. Iinsurance carriers can be difficult to work with on covered losses. Featherfall takes pride in their work and cares about their reputation. They will get the job done right, and would never even consider cutting corners. They will make sure the customer understands exactly what the job entails, and keep the customer informed on progress throughout the project.

They did an excellent job. Everything was completed pretty quickly. The manager/owner, Casey, was very knowledgeable about everything. They made it go pretty quick and painless. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs restoration work.

He was very knowledgeable with the whole process helping me with filing the claim and his customer service was excellent, as well. The work was done professionally and they cleaned up well after even coming out another day with a magnet sweeper to insure everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend him and absolutely use him, again.

I have been working with Featherfall Restoration and Casey Hale concerning roof hail and wind damage on my home since October, 2016. During this entire period Casey has taken the time to both educate my wife and I and explain to us the steps that would occur during the business of working with my insurance carrier to fix my roof. He has been nothing but professional through the entire process, stressing the strict adherence to making sure all repairs met Missouri building code requirements . He has kept us informed as to when contractors would be at our home doing work and what they would be doing. He notified us of schedule changes in advance when necessary. He has personally ensured project quality by checking our roof at various times as the different kind of repairs have been made. The best thing I can say about Casey and his company is that everything he told us when he came out to give us his initial estimate (before we selected his company) has been followed through on. No surprises or unexpected monetary changes. All repairs have been completed with the exception of some interior painting and we are waiting for the insurance company to approve that item. As we have are nearing the completion of this process I can proudly say that we have a better roofing situation by far than when we first filed our claim. I would highly recommend that anyone have roofing issues give Featherfall Restoration a chance to bid on your project.
