 + -1 moreErik is a notary public in addition to performing his standard role for Cornerstone Mortgage. As a result, the whole process of signing documents was expedited because he was able to notarize everything as we proceeded with the Title company. The officer from the Title company was even very impressed with how well organized and prepared Erik was, and of course also with how quickly the process went because of his being a notary public. I can't say anything other than that we are grateful for the service Erik provided
Description of Work: Erik walked my wife and me through the process of buying our new home and mortgage. He made certain that all of the paperwork was clear and correct, and also that we understood what it meant. He got us pre-approved for financing with multiple options and worked with us on firmly establishing what was in our best interest.
