I would NOT recommend that anyone use this company for windows or doors. While the products are OK and pricing is fair, they were completely unresponsive to my calls and requests. My installation was broken up into multiple installs. They forgot one of my windows and it took OVER a year to get the final window installed, after I threatened legal action.

We hired this company to remove old siding andreplace with new. We were told this would take about two weeks and they would have a crew working on this. Since the price was good and we liked their product, we agreed. When work began, only one man showed up and it took over two months. When it was done, we had concerns about the sophet facing and called for someone to come out. No one responded and I did not hear from this company again until 2011 when they called, following a strong wind storm to see if we needed help with any blown away siding.

.I liked the guy that did all the work,  he really did high quality work. He was very attentive to our needs. He was also very flexible. I would use him again.

They had earlier installed a new roof for us, and had done a good job. They were looking for business, and they came out and gave us a proposal for the sun room. We are very disappointed with the job they have done. In fact, they were supposed to come this afternoon and finish the job, but they did not come. A handle fell off the glass door at the front of the house, and that has not been repaired. Part of the job is well done, but a large part of it is very amateurish. They are not keeping their commitments in terms of showing up when they are supposed to do so, and doing a professional job.

The work was good. It took them 3 weeks to do the work but I am happy with it.
