Retail store offering the absolute finest in residential play equipment., Rainbow Pay Systems, Goalsetter and Goarilla basketball goals the revolutionary Springfree Trampoline and All Ball Pro sport trainers.. Huge 12,000 square foot indoor showroom for our customers to come in and give the equipment a test play. We have 17 play sets, 9 basketball goals and 3 Springfree Trampolines on display. We also offer a "Pay-to-Play" in our showroom.

We offer installation on everything we sell and the installation is in house, we do not use sub-contractors. We also offer free yard inspections for determining if there is any grade or space issues for our play sets. We do offer a moving / tear down service for everything we sell to our original customers

We didn't purchase at that time, but, after researching other brands and other manufacturers, this year, we decided to purchase a good quality set. After two more trips to the showroom, we purchased our Childlife set. They were very helpful and very patient in answering all of our questions. Since we bought a set on sale, we actually received free install. (I had read that putting a set together (any manufacturer) could take two men many hours and several weekends to put together. We decided even if we had to pay for installation - it was worth it. And we were correct! ) In our case, it was a bonus we got free install since we purchased a set on sale. But, I would suggest to anyone to pay to have the set installed if you can afford it. The installation guys were wonderful too. I wanted it put together by professionals to ensure the set was level and safe for our daughter and the neighbor children to play on. My husband is very good at putting things together but it saved a lot of time to have them install it. They were done in about 3 hours.
Overall - great experience. The folks that run this company are very patient and helpful. And I know we have a great quality set that will last a long time. I do believe after my daughter is done with using it - it will have a resale value as well. Installation guys they use are great too. The sets are more expensive compared to what you see at Lowes etc but Dreamfields sets are much better quality and you get better service!
"We want and value all our customers to call with any concerns they may have after our installations. We will respond as quickly as possible to any concern. In this case the sevice was completed 5 days after the call was recieved and yes there were a couple of lag screws not tightened down upon the origianl install. These lags did not pose any structual threat or compromise the playset, but they should not have been overlooked at install. The installers are my employess, not contractors, and I take great pride in thier professionlism and thoroughness., but sometime mistakes are made. I feel we reponded quickly to correct those mistakes. I do apologize to the member for any impression given, when she called with her concerns, that we did not care about her concerns. That part of this situation should have been handled better,"
"This is one of the many reasons why we now do all of our installations in house. The contractor used did not report the broken pieces to us at the time of installation. Customer contacted us 1 month after install to report the problem. Sent contractor back out to review the set and let us know what parts were bad. After 2 more weeks later contractor reported back and parts were ordered. When parts came in the contractor was notified that the repairs needed to be done. Again the contractor delayed over a month. This was completely our fault for not being more forcefull with the contractor. We cannot make his schedule, but we could have pushed harder. I'm sorry for the delays and hardship put upon the member. The contractor used was fired, although he is still working in the industry. Now that we have gone to all in house installations, this kind non-follow thru simply does not happen and our customers have been very happy with our crews and responses"
