I found my experience with Direct Buy great. I ordered new flooring and it was just awesome. The furniture I choose came in on time and I just love it, best of all I saved a ton of money. The folks at Direct Buy were very helpful and helped me layout my room. I would recommend to anyone.

I wouldn't recommend joining them. The couch was defective. The delivery person said it might have been dropped but they denied it. They finally sent a repair guy out to repair it and when you sit on it, the two sides don't match. After six months of fighting back and forth with them, I wanted a new couch and they won't do it. They gave us around $300. They do not work for the customer. The guy they sent out was supposedly from Lane and he even asked how much the person weighted that sat on that end. They said we signed off when we got it and we didn't know that it was damaged on the inside. Direct Buy wanted to give us half of our money back in good faith. Their prices were reasonable. The delivery was handled by another company.
