The consultant there (very professional, but she has my receipt where her name is printed and I am ashamed that I do not recall it), helped me choose exactly what I wanted and I explained to her that I had previously had issues with a long distance delivery not being what I had ordered. Substitutions were woefully inadequate. She assured me not to worry, that she would call the local florist personally. Fast forward to 5/6/2011 when I received a photo of the delivered flowers. THEY WERE HORRIBLE. Not at all what I ordered, and not even close. Saturday (5/7) I went back to Dierberg's with the photo. My floral consultant was as shocked and horrified as I, and she assured me that it would be made right. IT WAS. She took the info (my original receipt and the photo) and called to make certain my Mother received the flowers as I had ordered them at no extra charge to me! HOORAY! And they were delivered THAT DAY!! We all want the perfect gift for Mother's Day and I am delighted. Even better? I have found a professional who will go the extra mile to deliver customer service, and these days that is rare indeed. I recommend this florist to everyone, and will never go anywhere else!
