Crack Wizard

Great. Services contracted were performed.

After calling several providers for crack repair service and getting no call backs, I finally found Crack Wizard website.  I filled out the online free estimate and sent a picture of the crack in my foundation.  Within about 4 hours, I received a email back with the estimated range for the work.  The next day, I got a phone call from their guy asking if I had any questions on the quote and wanted to know if I wanted to schedule a time for them to come up and give a firm estimate.  This was on a Thursday so I was figuring it was going to be a week or so however he said he could come out that Saturday to review.  He came out, on time, the estimate was firmed up and I accepted the estimate.  He said he could have a guy out there on Monday at 9:30 am if that worked for me.  

The repair guy arrived on Monday at 9:15 am so 15 minutes early.  He put down a tarp in the area he was working and answered my questions and went right to work.  He was done within the time frame that he had estimated, reviewed the work with me, cleaned up the area and left.  

Overall, a great experience, they were on time, their prices were reasonable, very professional.  We are definitely recommending them to everyone going forward.
