The Irvine Team is excellent! They went above our expectations. The house sold within eight days and for approximately 95% of the listing price. The team worked well with us and even answered questions on the weekends and evenings. They worked well with the buyers and also set up contractors (who were listed as "A" on Angies List) for us to work with on the improvements They walked us through the process of selling the house and we will have a closing in the middle of September. We would recommend them to family, friends and neighbors!

Shs was familiar with the area. She had a large selection for us to view. Very professional and friendly, made us feel comfortable. Called us to keep is in the loop with what was going on. She was very good, didnt push it if we didnt like a condo. Would hire her to find another condo if needed.

Everything went smoothly. We went down there for the weekend and they showed us 10 to 15 houses in one day so they were efficient. They helped us put a bid together quickly because there was already a bid on the house we liked. They did a good job for us and we are pleased with them.
