TV Service - Cable
I lost cable and picture in my main TV in the living room. The cable man came out and told me that my 20 year old TV had blown the picture tube. I was watching the TV in the bedroom 3 days later and then that went out. Called Charter and the same service man came out (I think that this is his area). Called before he came and when he got here he checked the outside then came inside only to find that the cable wasn't connected. I felt so stupid!!!! He reassured me that this happens all the time and told me that this was his favorite type of call - short and sweet. He was very courteous and professional.
