It was great. I have an 84 year old disabled mother who lives with me. the painter was extremely respectful to her and worked around her needs.

It was adequate but not good enough that I would go back to them. They were middle of the line. They did okay on the cleanup and cleaned everything up. They got the job done in about 2-3 hours.

I had a positive experience. They did a nice job, and the service went well. I haven't had the need to use them again. They were good, but I wouldn't say they were great. If I needed work done, I would give them a chance to bid on it. The price was good, and that is why I used them.

I just recently joined Angies list so this situation happend last may but I thought it was important enough to tell the story. First the owner mixed up the start date had so our painter did not show up on the day he was scheduled. Once they showed up the painters rarely worked a full day and the project went on longer then it should have. Much of the job was done sloppy and they had to come in to do a redo. Painters left switch plates off, and left a shower rod broken in the middle of the floor. Owner told me he would send me a gift card for all the problems we had, but that never happened. Things were so aggeavating that I removed there sign from my front yard durring the project, I would never use this company again.

They were very good and did a wonderful job in the painting part but when they brought in tools and things to reach the top part of the thing, the ground was led and they torn up the lawn. They did rectify it so we don’t have any complains.

They did fine and everything went fine. The painter guy was nice. I wouldn’t say that the owner was pushy but I wouldn’t give him a star rating on everything. I think there is always room for improvement.

We decided to use CertaPro painters because they had a two year warranty, and also they would send out a color consultant. We were not impressed with the work done. They didn't do the prep work very well so now we have dust/sand/wallpaper scrap painted onto the baseboards and chair rails. There were also spots that were painted very poorly. It also took longer to get the job done then originally expected. We were constantly emailing the owner explaining things that we wanted done better then negotiating afterward with the owner and the contracted painter. Overall it was a frustrating experience for us. The positive things about this company is that they were willing to negotiate some of the things with us and that the color person was great and we like our colors. Maybe the underbid the job they got and tried to hurry through it and that is why the prep work wasn't great and there were spots that looked like they were rushed through (which they claimed wasn't their fault, it was the way the baseboards were, or chair rails, etc.)

This was our second experience with CertaPro. We were very satisfied with the work from beginning to finish. Scott was our painter and his work is professional and clean. We are pleased and recommend this company without hesitation.
