Michael Golde has been my primary point of contact with Avenue Residential and he is absolutely amazing at his job.  He is approachable, succinct, and incredibly responsive.  My emails to Michael and other Avenue personnel are always answered promptly and every issue is taken care of immediately.  This is my first time using a property management company and I could not have asked for a better experience.  Everything was made so simple for me- from the first contract signing to the collection of rent.  Within 10 days of listing my property, Michael had found a tenant.  All the background checks were handled within 24 hours and I was kept informed on all of it.  I love that I can access my account online and receive monthly statements straight to my email account regarding the influx and outflux of all monies.  I HIGHLY recommend Avenue Residential- they are one of the very best companies (of any kind) that I have worked with in my life.

I emailed over the weekend and within an hour Elizabeth called me. She was very prompt and answered all of my questions. That same afternoon (remember this is the weekend) she sent me a market analysis of the rental value would be for my home. Elizabeth met me at the house the next day and was able to prepare all the paper work we needed. She quickly found qualified tenants. I highly recommend using Elizabeth at Avenue.
